OPPO Find X10 Series – Pre-registration and Gift Acquisition Terms and Conditions

This campaign is organized by Sanki Trading S.A., with its registered office at K. Varnali 52, Chalandri 15233, Greece (hereinafter “OPPO” or “we”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Campaign Duration The campaign is valid from September 22, 2026, at 09:00:00, until October 21, 2026, at 17:50:00.

2. Eligible Participants Participation is open to individuals aged at least eighteen (18) years who reside in Greece (“Campaign Territory”) during the campaign, have a delivery address within the Campaign Territory, and successfully complete their registration via the following page: https://oppostore.gr/pages/find-x10-series-reservation Each person is entitled to participate only once. The use of multiple accounts, email addresses, or devices to bypass the rules and participate more times than permitted is prohibited.

3. 4. Issuance of the Coupon The coupon will be automatically credited to your account. The coupon is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be refunded or have its value returned in any way.

5. Usage Restrictions The coupon can only be used once and cannot be combined with flash sales, other coupons, or other limited-time offers.

7. Partial Invalidity of Terms If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found, in whole or in part, to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a legal provision that comes as close as possible to the content and purpose of the original provision. The same applies to any gaps in the law.

8. Exclusion of Participants OPPO reserves the right to exclude from the campaign any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information, uses unfair means, and/or attempts to manipulate the outcome or the process of the campaign. Furthermore, participation via suspicious or fake accounts is prohibited. If there is a reason for exclusion, OPPO reserves the right to revoke any benefits or rewards already granted, to request their return, or to claim compensation of equivalent value.

9. Early Termination, Postponement, or Modification of the Campaign OPPO reserves the right to terminate or postpone this campaign early. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure or when, for technical and/or legal reasons, the smooth and proper conduct of the campaign cannot be ensured. In such a case, OPPO will inform the participants as soon as possible. OPPO also reserves the right to modify these Campaign Terms and Conditions, provided there is a reasonable justification.
