These Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of the OPPO Greece online store and the website www.oppostore.gr, as well as purchases of products made through it.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Services.
01. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website www.oppostore.gr and to product sales contracts concluded through the OPPO Greece online store.
The Services are primarily intended for consumers located in Greece.
Any special terms displayed on a specific product or service page apply in addition to these terms.
02. Use of the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Specifically, it is prohibited to:
- use the website for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities,
- attempt unauthorized access to the website's systems, accounts, or data,
- introduce or disseminate malicious software,
- violate intellectual or industrial property rights,
- use automated means in a way that disrupts or places an undue burden on the operation of the website,
- use the website in a way that may cause damage to us, our customers, or third parties.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, breach of terms, or a security risk.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, images, technical specifications, and prices of the products are accurate and up-to-date.
Product images are intended for presentation purposes, and there may be slight differences regarding color, screen performance, packaging, or other details.
Technical specifications, features, and availability may vary depending on the product version, the market, or subsequent manufacturer updates.
In the event of an obvious error in price, description, or any other material product detail, we reserve the right to correct the error before the relevant transaction is completed.
04. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
The prices displayed in the online store include the applicable VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs or other additional charges are displayed before the completion of the order.
The customer is not charged for any fees that have not been notified before the completion of the purchase. EU rules require clear information regarding prices, delivery costs, and other charges before the contract is concluded.
05. Orders and conclusion of contract
Submitting an order via the online store constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in the order.
After submitting the order, you will receive an electronic confirmation that the order has been received.
The confirmation of receipt of the order does not necessarily mean that the order has been definitively accepted.
The sales contract is considered concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order or when the order proceeds to fulfillment and shipment, depending on the applicable procedure.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in the event of:
- product unavailability,
- payment issues or failure,
- an obvious error in price or description,
- reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse,
- inability to deliver to the declared address,
- any other legal reason that makes the execution of the order impossible.
In the event of an order cancellation after payment has been made, the relevant amount will be refunded according to the applicable payment method.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.
These providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or customer.
In the event of payment failure or rejection, the order may not be completed.
07. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are described in detail in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by remote areas, high demand, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where no different time has been agreed, the consumer rights provided by applicable legislation regarding product delivery apply. EU law provides, among other things, for delivery within the agreed date or, if no specific date has been agreed, generally within 30 days.
08. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers making distance purchases have, where provided for by applicable law, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without justification.
For products, the relevant period generally begins upon receipt of the goods.

When the customer legally exercises the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer, provided they have been informed of this in advance and unless we have agreed to cover them.
Sanki Trading S.A. also complies with requirements applicable to the electronic exercise of the right of withdrawal via the online store, where required by applicable law. From June 19, 2026, relevant European legislation requires an easily accessible online withdrawal feature for the relevant online contracts.
09. Defective products and legal warranty
Consumer rights in the event of a defective product or a product that does not correspond to the agreed description are not affected by the Returns Policy or any commercial warranty.
According to applicable European law, new consumer goods are covered by at least a two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund.
The legal warranty is independent of any additional commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer or another party.
10. Customer account
Certain features of the online store may allow for the creation or use of a customer account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials.
If you believe your account is being used without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.
11. Intellectual and industrial property
OPPO trademarks, logos, product names, images, graphics, videos, designs, text, and other protected content are the property of their respective owners or are used under an appropriate license or authorization.
Sanki Trading S.A. is an authorized distributor of OPPO products in Greece.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using protected content without the prior permission of the respective owner is not permitted, unless permitted by law.
12. Third-party services and links
The website may include links or integrations of third-party services, such as payment, transportation, social media, analytics, or other technical services.
These third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us, subject to your rights arising from applicable law.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the online store's Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies and similar technologies is carried out in accordance with the Cookies Policy and your consent choices.

14. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and proper operation of the website.
We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions or technical errors at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
These terms do not limit or abolish any mandatory consumer rights provided by Greek or European law.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations when this is due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- extreme weather phenomena,
- war or political unrest,
- strikes,
- telecommunications or power supply interruptions,
- serious technical failures of third-party providers,
- government measures,
- transportation or logistics problems that could not reasonably have been avoided.
This provision does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
16. Modification of terms
We may modify these Terms of Use and Sale from time to time to reflect changes in Services, business practices, or applicable legislation.
The new version will be published on the website, and the date of the last update will be indicated.
Any modifications do not retroactively affect rights already established by completed transactions, unless required by law.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Use and Sale are governed by Greek law, subject to the mandatory provisions of European Union law and any other mandatory consumer protection rights that apply.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
The choice of Greek law does not deprive the consumer of any protection provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the jurisdiction rules provided by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
